Delia and our longtime chefs Joel and Jose cook the classic dishes of Spain, including Galicia, where Luis is from, just the way Luis taught them.

Our story

From Spain to Brazil to Greenwich Village — to Smithtown.

Luis Estevez started as a dishwasher in a Greenwich Village kitchen in 1968 and became its head chef. Then he followed his heart to Long Island and, with his wife Carmen and their three children, built Casa Luis into a second home for generations of guests.
